This equipment is the first national high-power solid-state high-frequency power source with independent intellectual property rights. It has the characteristics of high power of silicon carbide driver power devices, advanced control technology, perfect short-circuit protection measures, and high reliability. It adopts modular design to solve the inherent low internal resistance and uneven current problem of silicon carbide. The uneven current is less than 10%, which saves about 10% of electricity compared with the previous generation of silicon power supply and fills the domestic technology gap. For example, the 600KW equipment can save nearly 200,000 yuan in electricity costs per year and reduce carbon emissions by about 300 tons. The product has received attention and praise from industry professionals and customers who came to the booth to exchange technology and negotiate business.
