   Tianjin Induction Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established on June 22, 2022, the company is located in Tianjin Wuqing Development Zone No.4 Workshop, No.77 Fuyuan Road, the company is committed to the application and research of the third generation semiconductor - silicon carbon(SiC) power devices,Independently developed based on SiC MOSFET medium and high frequency induction heating power supply, mainly used in machinery, building materials, metallurgy,Crystal growth, gem melting, surface treatment, wire and cable, automobile manufacturing and other fields, can fully meet the high frequency induction welding, straight seam welded pipe, silicon carbon crystal growth, gem melting and metal heat treatment and other induction heating process requirements.SiC induction heating power supply has higher power factor, wider load adaptation range, lower on-off loss and RDS(ON) than Si MOSFET, higher DC busbar voltage, Simpler structure and other characteristics.
    Our company has a professional product R&D design and engineering technology application team, the core technical staff have more than 10 years Development experience of induction heating equipment and application experience of DSP and FPGA.Based on unique control algorithm, and excellent performance of silicon carbon that our compcny use, high frequency high power induction heating equipment developed by the company has advanced control technology, perfect protection control system and high short-circuit tolerance.bacause silicon carbon is long life, for customers to solve the frequent replacement of induction heating equipment .
    The smart pulse density modulation(SPDM) technology developed by the company enables customers to adjust and the matching transformer ratio frequently on site question.After three years of research and development, our equipment can be directly phase-locked at frequencies below 500khz without change hardware.In the process of equipment use, the phase angle locked function to help customers provide more stable welding quality, phase detection function reduce the abnormal damage of equipment, frequency directly displayed on the panel more intuitive.Our equipment installation industrial air conditioning, use Long service life, and no air convection heat transfer with the environment outside the cabinet, can be stable operation in harsh environment.Sincerely welcome domestic and foreign customers come to our company to inspection and exchange with discussing cooperation.
